When you can’t decide between a traditional wedding cake or a chocolate wedding cake our half & half cakes offer the best of both worlds, with the front being decorated with a traditional design using large vintage flowers and the back covered in a chocolate ganache with dark chocolate drips cascading down the cake topped with morello cherries and other purple berries such as blueberries and blackberries.

This half & half chocolate cake was made for a couple holding their reception at The Green House Hotel in Bournemouth.
