Choosing cake flavours can be a difficult task especially when trying to please all your guests, so why not have a different flavour for each tier of your wedding cake.

Our advice is to pick one flavour that is the ‘people pleaser’ flavour such as a classic vanilla or lemon sponge, you won’t go far wrong with that, then pick your favourite flavour after all it is your wedding day, and finally go crazy for the final flavour, something a little different which will wow your guests.

  • CLASSIC VANILLA –  Our vanilla cake is flavoured using the best quality madagascan vanilla then layered with the finest strawberry preserve and our light & fluffy vanilla buttercream
  • CHOCOLATE CAKE – we only use the best quality cocoa in our chocolate cakes, and you can certainly taste the difference. Our chocolate buttercream works a treat with this flavour cake
  • ZESTY LEMON SPONGE – This is a delicious sponge containing lemon zest and drizzled with a lemon syrup, finished with a delicious layer of lemon curd and vanilla buttercream
  • COFFEE & WALNUT – A must for those coffee lovers, a strong coffee flavour with a crunchy bite from the walnuts layered with a delicious coffee buttercream
  • SALTED CARAMEL – our creamy home-made caramel sauce is just delicious, it is swirled into our vanilla batter to make a sticky rich sponge then layered with caramel butter cream
  • WHITE CHOCOLATE & PASSION FRUIT – A subtle white chocolate sponge using the finest Belgian white chocolate layered with butter cream and a tropical passion fruit curd.
  • CHERRY BAKEWELL – A twist on the popular cherry bake-well tart, with an almond sponge rippled with morello cherry preserve, layered with a vanilla butter cream and morello cherries.
  • ST CLEMENTS – This is a pure taste of summer with a moist zesty orange sponge layered with vanilla butter cream and home made lemon curd.
